Who can access our service?

In most situations, plan-managed or self-managed NDIS participants can access our service. While some NDIS rules such as the use of restrictive practices may prevent certain supports, we may be able to structure support times flexibly, so you are still able to use our service. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.

What is the cost of our service?

We follow the latest version of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. A service agreement with you or your representative will be completed prior to supports beginning, outlining our billing terms in detail to ensure transparency and full understanding of our service costs.

What ages and genders does Limitless support?

We specialise in supporting young males; however, we offer support to participants of all ages and genders. We match you with support workers that best fit your interests, support requirements and preferences, to foster an environment where friendship, growth and positive outcomes are the focus.

What is the minimum and maximum support time?

Our minimum support time for any given support is 2 hours in length. We do not have a limit on maximum support time, and we will accommodate your needs working alongside you or your support coordinator.

How do I get started with Limitless?

To get started with Limitless and book your supports, please complete the above “Contact Us” form, briefly describing your desired supports and leaving your contact details. You may contact us directly by email or phone if this is preferable or have your representative contact us. Limitless directors will then send through our new participant registration documents to complete.

What is Overnight Respite and Short-Term Accommodation support?

We provide Overnight Respite support and Short-Term Accommodation at our beautiful respite house in Grovedale, Geelong. All expenses including assistance with self-care, community access activities, accommodation, food and drinks are all inclusive during these supports. Please contact your support coordinator to discuss whether you are funded for Overnight Respite/Short Term Accommodation.

Do we support participants outside of the Geelong area?

Yes! We are committed to providing a high-quality, flexible service therefore supporting participants in all areas within a reasonable time frame. If you would like to engage with our service but live outside of Geelong or a long distance away, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your circumstances.

We identified a common need for flexible, personalised, experienced and dependable support services of a high-standard, and wanted to make this option available to NDIS participants in the Geelong region and surrounding areas.
