Lewis – Director and Support Worker
Age 29
Lewis has enjoyed his time as a support worker for over 5 years in residential, respite and program/community based environments helping people with diverse needs throughout various stages of development. Lewis is committed to providing fun and meaningful experiences for those he supports and continuously goes out of his way to achieve this. Lewis has personal interests in world travel, gaming, hiking, fitness, and sightseeing, with plenty of stories to tell. Lewis is currently undertaking his Certificate IV in Disability and has completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Mechanical Engineering (Honours).
Joel – Director and Support Worker
Age 24
Joel is an adventurous person who loves a range of sports such as golf, football, and tennis, often getting out in the sunshine and spending time on the ocean enjoying fishing, surfing, snorkelling and more. Joel has close to 5 years’ experience as a support worker, taking pride in achieving positive outcomes and empowering those around him to maximise their potential. Joel is soon to complete a bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Criminology and is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Disability.
